A private function on a luxury yacht, joyMe, to launch the Rovinj Beach Polo event and a great evening was had by all. It’s been a while since I cooked on a yacht, back in Porto Cervo, forgot how much fun! Lucky the rain held off and the food was well received. Guests from around the world and great hospitality from the owner, Philip Zepter, and his crew, especially Petra the Yacht chef!

WV team working on a company magazine photoshoot with our close friend, Danijel Berbovic, and the results are there to be seen. Amazing plate and really proud of the team effort.

Thought I would smoke Erik, the sous chef, as well just to see how he would taste! Guess a shower is in need… haha
