One of the articles on Andy stated he is an artist who has chosen food as his medium…..so very, very true! Pamela Robinson of Adventures Croatia (Los Angeles) arranged a most magnificent evening for my wife and I where she also was able to be in Rovinj, Croatia as well and joined us. Andy and his crew, including an amazing Sommelier, treated the three of us to a delectable 15 course evening we will never forget. The presentation of each course was imaginative, the combination of food and spices you would not have thought to compliment one another i.e. raspberries and pepper, potato skins and lime, and the list goes on. Our taste buds were on ‘over-drive’ and we hated to see the night end as we knew Andy had many more tricks up his sleeve! If you ever have the opportunity to visit Rovinj or wherever Andy might be the Master Chef……definitely ask about an evening at the Chef’s table. It is an experience you will be forever grateful of reaching out to Andy and his staff!!
